Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar

Kristy Windle

Kristy Windle is a registered psychologist who completed her training in Clinical Neuropsychology and is currently undertaking a clinical neuropsychology registrar program. She has a particular interest in cognitive, and adaptive functioning assessments across the lifespan, including assessments that may help inform NDIS funding and support needs.
Before becoming a psychologist, Kristy worked extensively in the NDIS sector as both a support worker and team leader. This experience gave her valuable insight into the challenges individuals and families can face when navigating support systems, and strengthened her passion for advocacy and practical, person-centred recommendations.
Kristy is also passionate about supporting people during rehabilitation following illness, injury, or neurological conditions. She values working collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to understand each person’s strengths, challenges, and goals, and to provide recommendations that are meaningful, practical, and tailored to their individual needs. Kristy aims to ensure each person feels heard, understood, and supported throughout the assessment process
