Initial Online Consultation
If you are seeking a government-funded assessment (e.g., through NDIS, a government agency, or for medicolegal purposes), please skip to the breakdown of our fees section below, as a consultation may not be required.
For private paying clients, every assessment begins with an Initial Online Consultation. This session allows our psychologists to understand your needs and recommend the most appropriate assessment pathway.

Private Pay: $300 (non-refundable)
This fee is deducted from the total cost of your assessment if you proceed.
Assessment Pathways
After your consultation, we will suggest the best pathway suited to your needs. The fees differ based on the type and complexity of the assessment, which we will clarify during our consultation.
Standard Private Assessments
Conducted by fully qualified psychologists. Includes face-to-face testing, scoring, interpreting data, record review, observations, and report writing.

Serves as an investment in understanding your needs. Should you decide to proceed with an assessment, this fee will be deducted from the total cost, ensuring you are not charged twice for this service. This appointment will always be conducted by our psychologists (not provisional psychologists)

Tailored Assessment
PRIVATE PAY-
Total fee is based on the hours and resources required including time spent on face-to-face testing, scoring and interpreting test data, reviewing records and previous reports, making observations, and report writing.

Reduced Fees
PRIVATE PAY-
As a teaching practice affiliated with Queensland Universities, our clinic offers reduced-price assessments conducted by our provisional psychologists.

NDIS PARTICIPANTS-
Psychological Assessments is a registered NDIS provider.

All enquiries or referrals from government agencies can be sent directly to our reception, bypassing the need for an initial consultation.
